Full Days 

• Creative Art: Paint, Play Dough, Drawing, Cutting, Gluing, and Water Play.

• Dramatic Play: Role Playing, Costumes, Imaginative Play, Puppets, and Stories.

• Fine Motor Development: Puzzles, Cooperative Games, Manipulative Toys, Felt Boards.

• Science Experiments: Plants, Magnets, Animals, Sand, and Water.

• Children will help clean up, go to the bathroom and wash their hands. They will learn hand washing skills. 

• Children will socialize while eating a nutritious snack brought from home.

• Once done eating snack, children will check in for circle time. Children will find their name on a laminated piece of paper. They will then trace over their name learning printing skills and name recognition. This is done everyday.

Each child has a monthly opportunity to speak in front of the group, share personal experience and help the teacher at circle time.

• Music & Body Awareness: Singing, Musical Instruments, Free Movement, Dancing, and Finger Plays.

• Language Development: Stories, Talking, Listening, Poems, Verses, Rhymes, Alphabet Recognition, and Alphabet Letter Stories.

• Mathematical Skills: Counting Games, Shapes, Sizes, Recognizing Colors, Time Concepts.

• Children will get ready for outside time. They will learn life skills of getting their own shoes on, jackets and other appropriate outdoor clothing. Children are encouraged to do these skills by themselves.

• Children will play in our outdoor backyard or go for a walk around the neighbourhood.

• Physical Development: Outdoors Play, Running, Biking, Creative Play, Water Play, Building, and Group Games.

• Children will come inside, take off their outdoor clothing and change into their indoor shoes. They will then go to the bathroom and wash their hands for lunch. Children will learn hand washing skills. 

• Children will socialize while enjoying a nutritious lunch brought from home. 

• Once done lunch, children will then go on their beds and look at a book. 

• Children will either nap on their beds or rest. If a child is not napping they will enjoy a quiet time activity on their bed once other children are napping.

• Children will help back up their beds by putting their sheets and blankets in their bags. They will also help bring their beds to a teacher. 

• Each day children will work on their learning books. These books comprise of printing, cutting, shapes, colors and letters. Each week the children will work on a letter from the alphabet.

• Children will enjoy the afternoon with free play, puzzles, art, sensory etc. 

• Weather dependant, children may go outside for a second time. 

• Parent pick up is anytime before 5:15pm.
